Section 6. Game of Skill

No purchase or payment of any kind is required to participate in this Competition. You could use any of SPONSOR’s free materials mentioned herein without being a paying customer of any of SPONSOR’s paid programs or products.

Section 7. Judging Panel

The winning entries will be determined by SPONSOR’s Panel of qualified judges (the “Panel”) who will judge each entry according to the criteria described below for the 3 Rounds of the Competition.

Round 1 (Selecting the 12 Semi-Finalists):

For this Round, you are required to submit a short 700 word written summary of your Return on Genius by answering a few simple questions we’ll provide you to prompt your summary.

Your submission for this round should be a summary that tells us your wins, your challenges, and the results you produced from using Genius Network free and/or paid resources as explained in more detail below. The 12 participants with the best summaries will be moved to Round 2, where you will be required to be interviewed, via a video conference, by a Genius Network Faculty member about your story, as explained in more detail for Round 2.

  • Deadline: The entry must be submitted by no later than midnight Pacific time on October 2, 2026 through the competition web site at WinJoesVan.com. The 12 semi-finalists will then be announced on October 5, 2026.
  • Written Submission Requirements: Your written summary must be 700 words or less, and in a PDF file format.
  • The highest score possible for this round: 200 Points (up to 100 points for Category 1: Return on Genius, and up to 100 points for Category 2: Quality of Your Entry).

Each entry will be judged according to the below criteria:

Category 1: Return On Genius

Your “Return on Genius” should be expressed as an increase or decrease in a metric relevant to the 3 key focus areas of the contest: Health, Wealth and ELF (business) that resulted from strategies they learned from Genius Network, including (but not limited to) paid content, books and courses published, Joe’s speaking and/or from free social media and web site content posted by Genius Network, including, but not limited to JoePolish.com, GeniusNetwork.com, and ILoveMarketing.com. The metric(s) may be selected by the participant.

Examples:

  • Under “Health” you might select weight loss, a sleep score or how many days a week you are working out.
  • Under Wealth, you might measure the payoff of debt, increase in personal income, profits earned, etc.
  • Under ELF, you might measure the number of free days you’ve been able to take, the number of new customers you’ve acquired or business growth as a percentage of revenue.

PARTICIPANTS GET TO PICK THE METRIC or metrics that are most meaningful to them. Here’s how you earn points:

Total Points Available: 100

  • Up To 25 Points: The number of metrics measured, improved and reported on. Example, measuring 5 metrics will be better than measuring only 1 metric.
  • Up To 25 Points: If there is improvement of all three categories vs. just one or two.
  • Up To 25 Points: The improvement made (50 lbs. of weight lost is more significant than 5 lbs., for example).
  • Up To 25 Points: Your ability to directly tie your metric(s) to a free and/or paid Genius Network strategy, tool or idea that helped you improve that metric.

Category 2: Quality Of Your Entry

You will also be judged according to the quality of your entry. Here’s how you earn points:

Total Points Available: 100

  • Up To 25 Points: The level of details provided in the contest answers. For example, a short essay explaining in detail what you did, how you did it and the results you produced will be considered a higher-quality entry than a single sentence report.
  • Up To 25 Points: Your ability to succinctly articulate how a specific Genius Network free or paid tool, strategy, idea or Faculty Member helped you with your transformation.
  • Up To 25 Points: Submission of any other supporting examples that support the summary, including video, audio and pictures that tell the story of your transformation and journey in using Genius Network strategies, tools and content.
  • Up To 25 Points: The quality of how you tell the story in writing, video or audio of your transformation. The more engaging and compelling your story is, the higher number of points you will be given.

Picking The Semi-Finalists From The Entries

Each judge on the Panel will score each entry according to the above criteria, awarding each participant up to a maximum of 200 points. The total number of points awarded to a participant by all of the judges will then be added together to reach a sub-total, and then divided by the number of judges to reach the averaged “final” score per participant. For example, if there are 5 judges and the participant received scores of 160, 175, 180, 182, 194, their sub-total score would be 891 and their averaged final score would be 178.2 (891 divided by 5). Those participants having the top 12 highest averaged final scores will be selected as the 12 semi-finalists who advance to Round 2.

In the event a tie occurs in choosing the 12 semi-finalists, each of the judges will be asked to cast a vote for either one or the other of the participants who tied, and the participant winning the most votes from the judges in the tie-breaker will be the one chosen as the semi-finalist.

Round 2 (Selecting The 5 Finalists):

As noted previously, the 12 semi-finalists will be announced (and notified) on October 5, 2026. The 12 semi-finalists must then schedule and complete a video interview (such as over Zoom) with an interviewer appointed by SPONSOR on or before October 14, 2026. The interviewer may or may not be one of the judges on the Panel. These interviews will be recorded, and then later watched by the Panel of judges for scoring.

If a semi-finalist does not complete the interview by October 14, 2026, they forfeit their spot and the next runner-up will be contacted and given an opportunity to participate in Round 2 and provide the interview.

During the private interview, each semi-finalist will be asked more details about their Round 1 submission. They will then be judged on how well they articulate the story about the ideas that they implemented and the “Return on Genius” that they achieved (as defined in Round 1 / Category 1).

The Panel of judges will then review the semi-finalist video interviews and rate each semi-finalist on a scale of 1 to 12 (with 1 being the highest/best and 12 being the lowest/worst). The total number of points awarded to a semi-finalist by all of the judges will then be added together to reach a sub-total, and then divided by the number of judges to reach the averaged “final” score per semi-finalist. For example, if a semi-finalist received the scores of 2, 3, 3, 4, and 6 from the judges, the sub-total would be 18, and their final averaged score would be 3.6.

The semi-finalists having the top 5 scores will then be chosen as the 5 finalists.

The 5 finalists will be announced on or before October 16, 2026. This will give the finalists approximately 2.5 weeks to prepare their 10-minute stage presentation for the Genius Network annual event (as described in more detail for Round 3).

In the event a tie occurs in choosing the 5 finalists, each of the judges will be asked to cast a vote for either one or the other of the participants who tied, and the participant winning the most votes from the judges in the tie-breaker will be the one chosen as the finalist.

Round 3 (The Finals):

The 5 finalists will each be given an opportunity to present on stage at the Genius Network annual event for 10 minutes each on Day 2 of the event (November 6, 2026). The presentation should focus on telling the story of the ideas that they implemented and the “Return on Genius” that they achieved (as defined in Round 1 / Category 1).

If a finalist is not able to attend the Genius Network annual event due to an emergency or illness, they can send a proxy on their behalf (such as a business partner, senior team member, or spouse). The proxy must be pre-approved by SPONSOR. The proxy will be allowed to present on the finalist’s behalf, and can play a video (from the finalist who couldn’t attend) for up to 5 minutes of the 10 minute finalist presentation. The finalist remains responsible for the proxy’s presentation, and if the proxy doesn’t show up and provide the presentation, the finalist forfeits the opportunity.

The Panel of judges will then each cast a vote for the one person that they feel achieved the best “Return on Genius” and who would be the best ambassador for Genius Network for the year. The audience will be counted as one of the judges for Round 3, and the finalist who receives the most votes from the audience will be cast as the “Audience’s vote”.

The winner will be chosen on November 6, 2026, some time after the 5 finalists have given their presentations and the judges tally up the final scores.

In the event of a tie, the finalist who the audience voted for will become the Grand Prize Winner.

For All 3 Rounds:

The Panel is expected to consist of five (5) qualified judges. However, SPONSOR reserves the right to adjust the number of judges in its sole discretion. There will be no less than (3) qualified judges.

All Submitted Answers must be non-fiction and are subject to factual verification. Incomplete and/or inaccurate entries not complying with the rules are subject to disqualification.

All judging decisions will be final and at the sole discretion of the Panel.

Section 8. Winner Notification and Disqualification

If a potential winner from any of the Rounds cannot be located or does not respond within the time periods set forth herein, the potential winner will be disqualified and SPONSOR may, at its sole and absolute discretion, select the entrant with the next highest number of votes, whom SPONSOR will attempt to contact, and who will be subject to disqualification, in the same manner. SPONSOR will not be responsible for failed attempts to notify any potential winner.

Section 9. Prizes

The following prizes will be awarded for the 3 rounds of the Competition.

Round 1: The 12 semi-finalists will receive:

  • An invitation to participate as a VIP guest in a private networking session with Joe and one of the many high-level leaders, entrepreneurs and celebrities he engages with over the year. Who, where and when is to be determined.
  • Estimated Retail Value: $500 USD (although this could become more valuable to you depending on the wisdom you learn and the connections you make).

Round 2: The 5 finalists will receive:

  • The VIP guest networking mentioned above.
  • Executive coaching on how to deliver a powerful presentation.
  • Be invited backstage at the November 2026 Genius Network Annual Event to meet this year’s keynote celebrity speaker.
  • Estimated Retail Value: $1,000 USD (although the skills you learn and the experience could be far more valuable to you).

Round 3 (The Finals): The Grand Prize Winner will be:

  • Honored with the title of Genius Network Ambassador for the year or until the next ambassador is chosen (whichever comes first).

  • Win Joe’s 2023 Overland BEAST MODE Mercedes Sprinter Van or an alternative cash prize!

See further details in Section 10 for additional terms applicable to accepting the prizes.

Section 10. Prize Conditions & Taxes

The Prizes must be accepted by the respective winners as awarded, cannot be substituted, transferred, exchanged, or surrendered for cash, except at the sole and absolute discretion of SPONSOR. In the event that the Prizes, or any part of them, become unavailable beyond the control of SPONSOR, SPONSOR reserves the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value. Any applicable taxes on the Prizes, and any other costs not expressly included in the description of the Prize in Section 9 are the sole responsibility of the winner. For example, when required by law due to prize values, the winners must also sign IRS Form W-9 before receiving the Prize so that the value of the Prize can be correctly reported to the U.S. Internal Revenue Service for income tax purposes. Participation in the Competition and receiving any Prize is subject to the Terms of SPONSOR, and any other service providers or prize suppliers associated with the Competition.

The Grand Prize Winner may elect an Alternative Cash Prize instead of accepting the Sprinter Van if they so choose. The Grand Prize Winner will have two weeks from the date they were announced the winner to select their option.

If the Grand Prize Winner accepts the Sprinter Van as their prize instead of the alternative cash option, they further agree and understand:

  • They are responsible for paying the applicable income and motor vehicle sales and transfer taxes based upon the retail value of the Van at the time of transfer;
  • They are responsible for providing proof of insurance on the Van before they will be given possession and title; and
  • They are responsible for transporting the van from Arizona, USA to their desired destination.

The Grand Prize Winner further agrees and understands the following regarding being awarded the title of Genius Network Ambassador:

  • Their title as Genius Network Ambassador is honorary
  • They have no authority to bind SPONSOR
  • The honorary title of Genius Network Ambassador is subject to revocation if they act in a way that could harm SPONSOR’s reputation or that SPONSOR deems unacceptable, in SPONSOR’s sole discretion
  • There is no guarantee of future compensation or appearances by SPONSOR

Prizes will be fulfilled within a commercially reasonable timeframe following winner verification.

Section 11. Accuracy of Entries

All Competition entries must be based on fact and genuine results achieved. The Winners will be required to validate their achievements to the judging Panel, within 10 days of receiving the verification request, as a condition of receiving the Prize, which may include providing objective evidence of financial or other results the Winner claimed to achieve. Failure to provide the requested proof during the stated timeframe will cause the Winner to forfeit the prizes.
